Graft is run by Brogan Fox, a sole trader in Salford, Greater Manchester. I am the person who decides what happens to your information. This page says what I collect, why, and who else touches it. Plain version: I collect what is needed to match jobs to people, I do not sell it, and I do not show anyone your address or phone number until you agree.

What I collect

Why, and the legal basis

To run the service you asked for: creating your account, matching jobs to workers, sending job alerts, and passing contact details on once you have both agreed. That is performance of a contract. Where I text or email you about the service or new jobs, that is my legitimate interest in running Graft, and you can stop it any time by replying STOP or telling me.

Who else handles it

I do not sell your data and I do not use it for advertising. Payments are not taken in the app at the moment.

How long I keep it

Jobs disappear from workers within two days. Accounts and profiles are kept until you ask me to delete them. Public-post leads are deleted if they are not used within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see what I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how I use it. Email contact@getgraft.co.uk and I will answer within a month, usually much sooner. If you are not happy you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
