Terms
Last updated 1 October 2026
These are the rules for using Graft. Graft is run by Brogan Fox, a sole trader in Salford, Greater Manchester. By using the app or website you agree to them.
What Graft is
Graft introduces people who need a job doing to people who can do it. Graft is not the employer of any worker, and is not the contractor on any job. The work agreement is between the person who needs the job done and the person who does it.
Workers and tradespeople
- Give true information about your skills, area and availability.
- You are responsible for being qualified, insured and legally able to do the work you take on, including gas, electrical and other regulated work.
- Do not pass on a customer's address or contact details to anyone else, or use them for anything except the job.
- You are self-employed. Graft does not guarantee any amount of work.
People posting jobs
- Describe the job honestly. Your address and contact details are shared only with the worker you choose and agree to.
- You agree the price and the work directly with the worker. Graft does not take payment in the app at this time.
Fees
At the moment Graft is in an early launch and there is no charge. Any future fee will be told to you clearly before it applies, and you can stop using Graft before it starts.
Behaviour
No abuse, harassment, scams or fake jobs. I can remove any account or job at my discretion to protect other users.
Liability
I take care to introduce sensible matches but I cannot check every person or guarantee the quality, safety or timing of any work. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited. Subject to that, I am not responsible for losses arising from work agreed between users.
Changes and contact
I may update these terms and will change the date above when I do. Questions: contact@getgraft.co.uk.
